All products sold by LabeLeit are sourced from authorized distribution channels. They carry full manufacturer warranties and are eligible for manufacturer repair/replacement programs. We do not sell gray-market or refurbished goods unless explicitly noted.

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) is $9.99 per order. Express Shipping (2-3 business days) is $24.99. Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping. In-stock items ordered before 3pm ET typically ship same day.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition. Contact support@labelittechandsolution.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee. Consumables (labels, ribbons, paper) are non-returnable once opened.

The right printer depends on your label material and durability requirements. Direct thermal printers (no ribbon required) work well for shipping labels and short-lived barcodes. Thermal transfer printers (require ribbon) produce more durable output suitable for product labels, outdoor use, or chemical environments. Our pre-sales team can walk you through the right choice.

Wax ribbons are the most economical and work well on standard coated paper labels. Wax-resin ribbons offer better resistance to smearing, chemicals, and scratching -- ideal for synthetic (polypropylene/polyester) labels. Resin ribbons provide the highest durability for labels that face extreme heat, solvents, or abrasion.

Our equipment supports any platform that can generate ZPL, EPL, or ESC/POS label data. Most major platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, WooCommerce, NetSuite, SAP) have native or plugin support for Zebra and Star Micronics hardware. Contact us if you need help verifying compatibility.

We offer net-30 terms for established businesses upon credit approval. Equipment financing through third-party lenders is available for orders over $2,500. Email sales@labelittechandsolution.com for details.
