These Terms and Conditions govern your use of labelittechandsolution.com (the "Site") and any purchase of goods through the Site. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchasing and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. LabeLeit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Payment is processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is collected where required by law.

2. Shipping and Delivery

LabeLeit ships to all 50 US states. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) is $9.99 per order. Express Shipping (2-3 business days) is $24.99. Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping. LabeLeit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

3. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in original manufacturer packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened hardware is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Consumables (labels, ribbons, receipt paper) are non-returnable once opened. To initiate a return, contact support@labelittechandsolution.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

4. Product Warranties

All products sold by LabeLeit carry their respective manufacturer warranties. LabeLeit makes no additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. For warranty claims, you may contact LabeLeit support or the manufacturer directly. LabeLeit will reasonably assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LabeLeit and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. LabeLeit's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of LabeLeit or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from LabeLeit.

7. Privacy

LabeLeit collects personal information necessary to process and fulfill orders (name, email, shipping address, and payment info processed through Stripe). We do not sell your information to third parties. Order and contact information may be used to communicate about your order or to respond to inquiries. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

9. Changes to Terms

LabeLeit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
